Kaché + Company Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns will be eligible for a Kaché + Company store credit ONLY. If you are needing to return items from multiple orders, please submit all those return requests separately along with you original invoice. You will be responsible for shipping costs of return items as we do not charge for handling and restocking fees. Exchanges will only be eligible if items are available. If we are unable to do the exchange due to out of stock items, we will issue a Kaché + Company store credit. 

To submit a return or exchange request, you must email with your Order Number, Contact Name, Number and Email along with a list of the item/s that you wish to return/exchange. Once the request has been submitted, a member of our team will reach out with approval or denial of that request and provide you further instructions on processing the return.

Please note that all "Final Sale" AND "Blowout Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged. Other items not eligible are items that are personalized, undergarments, hair accessories, and liquid products. In addition, returns will not be accepted for items that have stains, cigarette smoke, pet odors, deodorant, or perfume if noted when received. 

Kaché + Company will accept returns and exchanges of items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. If you have received an item that is defective, please contact via email to within 3 DAYS. If we are not notified within the three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. 

Once a return has been received and processed by our team, we will refund the purchase amount to a Kaché + Company store credit that will be added to your account. You will be notified via email that the store credit has been applied along with instructions on how to use it towards your next purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be fully processed. 

To cancel and order, you must email within 12 hours of the order being cancelled. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations will only be completed on business days (Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST). Cancellations that are received outside of the 12 hour window cannot be guaranteed and may still be shipped out per our shipping policy.

Coupons that were used for purchases will NOT be reimbursed or re-issued.

Local drop off will be available for returns. Customers MUST schedule with a member of our team via email at Our team will respond with drop off arrangements within 3-5 business days of the request.


How long does it take to process a return?

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) from the date you mailed your items back to our facility. Once we have processed your return, you will be notified via email of your store credit that has been applied to your account.

Who is responsible for the return shippings costs?

  • You are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility along with the shipping cost incurred because we do not charge handling and restocking fees.

Do you offer price adjustments?

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we do not offer any price adjustments on any of our products. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Kaché + Company store credit ONLY.


We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers. We deal with all situations as fairly and responsibly as possible. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged items so we can rectify the issue.
